A: Heritage at New Riverside is located in Beaufort County, South Carolina, just 10 minutes from the picturesque historic community of Bluffton. We’re an easy bicycle ride from Palmetto Bluff and New Riverside, a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) with a retail Village, Inn, spa, parks and miles of biking trails. Within 20 minutes you can find yourself on Hilton Head Island, the recreational jewel of the Atlantic Coast. And Heritage is less than 20 miles from Savannah, one of the South’s most beloved cities.

Q: How many homes are being built at Heritage at New Riverside?
A: When complete, Heritage at New Riverside will have over 900 homes situated on 365 acres of open space, wetland buffers, amenities, sidewalks and trails.

Q: What types of homes will I find at Heritage at New Riverside?
A: Heritage at New Riverside’s single family homes and townhomes are inspired by traditional and regional Southern architecture. Buyers can chose from either front or rear entry garages. Our rear entry garages have alley access. Like our single family homes, Heritage at New Riverside’s townhomes also feature welcoming porches and two garage options. 

Q: Who is building my Heritage at New Riverside home and what are the price ranges?
A: Sivica Homes will build homes ranging from the $180s to the mid $200s. KB Home is building homes starting in the mid $100's

A: No.

Q: How much are my Homeowner’s Association fees at Heritage at New Riverside? What services do they include?
A:  The annual assessments will be calculated by estimated budget prior to closing on any home. The Heritage HOA will maintain commonly owned properties and facilities, private alleys and parking areas, parks, amenity facilities, entrances and equipment. Heritage homes will have maintained yard service.

Q: What are the property taxes at Heritage at New Riverside?
A: Taxes are determined by the county millage rate.  Check with the Beaufort County Tax Commissioner for more detailed information. 

Q: Who maintains Heritage parks and common areas?
A: The Heritage Homeowners Association.

Q: What shops and services are nearby?
A: Heritage at New Riverside is located a short bicycle ride from the Palmetto Bluff Village, a collection of retail shops, services and restaurants. A variety of public and private schools are close by. Downtown Bluffton offers a quaint selection of antique shops. Airports, medical facilities, major retailers, entertainment, golf courses, restaurants and other services can be found in Hilton Head or Savannah.
